About the Author
Jane Roberts (May 8, 1929 - September 5, 1984) grew up in SaratogaSprings, New York where she attended Skidmore College. Jane was aprolific writer in a variety of genres including poetry, short stories,children's literature, fiction, and non-fiction. Her internationalbestselling non-fiction books include Seth Speaks, The Nature ofPersonal Reality, The Nature of the Psyche, and The Individual and theNature of Mass Events. Her enormously popular novels include TheEducation of Oversoul Seven, The Further Education of Oversoul Seven,and Oversoul Seven and the Museum of Time (now published as The Oversoul Seven Trilogy). Yale University Library maintains a collection ofJane's writings, journals, poetry, and audio and video recordings thatwere donated after her death by her husband, Robert F. Butts.

“Objective” reality laid out before you

Using the words “Truth”, “Reality” and “Objective” is a misnomer, but I couldn’t figure out a better way to describe what’s in this book. These words are misnomers because reality is completely subjective, and subject to being shaped totally by our focus. But it is more than that. It’s hard to explain, but Seth in Seth Speaks demonstrates the wisdom of Infinite Intelligence as he lays out the details of life which humanity knows so little about.
If you’re at all inclined to interest in life after “death”, you are going to want to read this. Supremely profound, spot on (in my experience) and thought provoking, this read will open your eyes to what is really going on in “life.” It’s not for everyone. My experience brought me to it with perfect timing. Had it come earlier, I would have blew it off as hooey, not because it is, but because my preparation for reading it was woefully inadequate.
Nearly every page, every paragraph every sentence, every word contains so much wealth of information, I found myself highlighting nearly the whole book! I was highlighting so much my fianc� at the time suggested I highlight the parts I thought were NOT important. That would be easier She said LOL.
I devoured and resonate fully with Seth’s complex analysis of “life” in all it’s manifestations, both in “life” as we know it and in that part of life that exists beyond what we call “death”. What inspired me so much about reading the first part of the book is how immense post-death life is. I so am eager to experience that more!
The section on dreams and the multiple dimensions of existence threw me though. I wasn’t ready to consume that material. I find myself getting through it now though and as my experience with the material matures, I am finding the material about dreams and how to access consciously these unfamiliar dimensions fascinating, thought-provoking and, believe it or not, adding a richness to my life that I knew in the corners of my mind were possible, but didn’t know if I’d actually experience it.
This is life-changing material. If you’re not ready for it, you’re not going to enjoy the journey. If you’re in the right space and ready to receive this material, I strongly encourage you to dive into this book. How will you know? You’ll just have to give it a shot I guess!

This book contains timeless information...literally

This really is an amazing book and one that had the greatest impact in my life as far as opening my perception in ways I could not have imagined when I first read it in 1975. After reading it, I was “ruined”, but in a good way. This is not one of those books you can pick up and read from cover to cover in a few days because it's so rich in ideas and information that you need to go through it slowly in order to mentally digest it. Each time I read it is almost like reading it for the first time because I always grasp something new that I didn’t quite digest the last time through.
This is one of those books you have to read with open-mindedness; if you can’t do that, then you probably won’t get much from it because the information goes way beyond conventional ideas of reality. The material goes against what we’ve been conditioned to believe about religion, history, science, identity, reincarnation, death, after-life, good and evil, and reality. If you hold tight to your beliefs and identify strongly with them, then you will probably have a problem reading this book because it will challenge your beliefs in many ways. On the other hand, if you are able to open your mind to the possibility that you create your reality and that there may be other ways of looking at reality, then you’ll probably have a blast with this book.

THE MOST LIFE CHANGING BOOK EVER!!

Brillant and very life changing. Here are some notes I made that I sent to friends about what it is like to read SETH.
After reading SETH SPEAKS Chapter 21, this is even more meaningful to me!! When I read the first of that chapter it was the best thing ever!! I cried......I screamed out to SETH "Thank you, Thank you SETH, that was the most meaningful thing and the best written thing you communicated ever!!" It broke through to my heart and my Being and opened a doorway to the meaning of life more than anything!! And now I understand EVERYTHING I am to do here from this time... on out!!
What I think it is like to read SETH:
An analogy of what is like to read SETH SPEAKS Is like taking a dive into a hug endless lake and swimming for a long way and suddenly realizing I have gone so far there is no sight of land or I am way too far away to swim safely back. and nothing to reach for safety, and panic begins to set in!! So sometimes I just have to call out for the Spirit of Comfort to come to me and get me back to familiar land for grounding again. It can very scary to read Seth and keep your mental compass intact because it stretches even the most seasoned Spiritual traveler's mind to the limits until you believe you just dropped off the deep end and will never get back!! But I stick with it because the reward of this information is well worth the anguish!! And I have ridden the wave of that anguish until it turns into Ecstasy!! This is not for sissy's and not for those who need teachings that are just sugar and spice and everything nice!! But to think it has taken me years to read him starting and stopping over and over. and get past my comfort zone. Many people just are not ready for it or it is just not something they like. But for me it is a salvation in truly understanding why we are really here!
